Refund policy

At Raga Arts, we take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every piece we create. If for any reason your experience does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item was delivered in a damaged or tampered condition
• You received a product different from what you ordered

To initiate a return or replacement request, please email support@ragaarts.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Return Guidelines

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all original tags and labels intact, along with proof of purchase.
Return shipping charges and any applicable taxes must be borne by the customer.

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will initiate your refund or replacement within 3–4 working days.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer. Please share your bank details while raising the return request.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

Order Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our support team immediately. If your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery will still be attempted. If you wish to cancel, please do not accept the delivery. Refused or unaccepted deliveries will be treated as returns once received back at our end.

Important – At the Time of Delivery

Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or unsealed, do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with details and we will resolve the matter promptly.
