The Raga Arts name, logo, and all associated marks are the intellectual property of Raga Arts. Trademark registration is currently in process under applicable Indian law. Any unauthorised use or infringement of our trademarks may be subject to legal action.

1. Use of the Website

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use ragaarts.com for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Download, copy, or modify any portion of the site without prior written permission
• Use any Raga Arts logo or trademark in any link or external content without authorisation

By submitting content, you grant Raga Arts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content across any media. You confirm that you own or control all rights to the content you submit.

Raga Arts reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

1. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur.

If a product is mispriced lower than the correct price, we will honour the lower price and ship your order.
If a product is mispriced higher than the correct price, we will contact you before processing and provide the option to confirm or cancel the order.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers will be charged the equivalent amount in their billing currency based on their bank’s exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

1. Shipping

All Raga Arts orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi, India and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Standard delivery takes approximately 4 business days within India.

Only one shipping address can be processed per order. For multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

You may track your shipment using the Order Tracking feature available on our website.

1. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders are shipped from New Delhi, India. Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Raga Arts is not liable for non-delivery resulting from unpaid customs duties or taxes.

1. Handcrafted Product Properties

All Raga Arts products are handcrafted using natural materials and traditional artisan techniques. Variations in colour, texture, finish, and pattern are inherent to handmade products and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.

1. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier. Raga Arts is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier after dispatch.

1. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. Raga Arts makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the accuracy of its content. To the extent permitted by law, Raga Arts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

Raga Arts shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the decline of a transaction authorisation due to the cardholder exceeding limits agreed with their bank.

1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of ragaarts.com or purchases made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly shall be referred to confidential arbitration in New Delhi, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Raga Arts reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in cases involving intellectual property infringement.

1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
