Shipping policy

We want every Raga Arts piece to reach you safely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
During sales, festive seasons, or peak periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Delivery (India)

Orders within India are delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Raga Arts is unable to predict, cover, or refund such charges. Orders refused or undelivered due to unpaid customs duties will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
You may also track your order using the Order Tracking feature on our website.
If your tracking status shows as undeliverable, please contact us immediately with your order number for assistance.

Delivery Information

A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
Orders cannot be redirected to a different address once dispatched.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete street address at checkout.
Only one shipping address can be processed per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and relevant photographs (if applicable). We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
